Directions:
The school is accessible via the A, B, C, D, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 trains to 125th Street. For the closest access, we recommend taking the A, B, C, D, or 1 trains. Our location is next to the 99 cents store, between 129th and Amsterdam Avenue.

Class Schedule:
Classes start at 9:00 AM sharp. Please note that lateness is not permitted. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule their class—no exceptions. It is advisable to allow ample travel time.

Identification Requirements:
A valid government-issued ID is necessary to attend the course. Note that images or photocopies of IDs will not be accepted.

Course Completion:
Students must complete all training within 30 days from the date of payment. If a student misses their scheduled class, they are responsible for contacting the school to arrange a new class date within the 30-day timeframe. Failure to do so will render the payment void and requires re-registration.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your training or cannot attend your scheduled class(es), please contact us via text or email at least 24 hours in advance at 917-740-0887 or info@t2gny.com.
Refund Policy:

• Students are eligible for a full refund before the instruction begins.

• For courses that span two days, a 50% refund may be requested before the start of the second day.

• For courses that are scheduled over multiple days, refunds will be prorated accordingly.

Non-Refundable Fees:
A security guard training school does not charge any non-refundable fees or deposits.
